Machine Madness is a map in Survive The Disasters 2, added in Version 1.22.

Settings

The map takes place in a futuristic and mechanized area, full of lightning and structures made entirely of diamond plates. This map has two actual variations (Excluding the crimson, which was not released yet), these are green and purple.

Key Features

Colored (green / purple) lights in the background and around the map.
Truss and Diamond Plate buildings.
Some signs that show arrows that move in random directions.
Conveyors with arrows to indicate the direction in which the conveyor is moving.
Giant passages that can be used as shelters.
Elevations around all the map, used as higher places for players to stay.
Some containers that contains aliens inside.

Trivia

This map's name is similar to that of Sonic the Hedgehog CD's Metallic Madness.
There is a version of the song "Metallic Madness Zone Act 2" that was edited by SiIvagunner, and was used on the april fools update for this map.
- In the Night version, there are 2 songs by a band called Virtual Self. The two themes used are Eon Break and Ghost Voices.
