"Bouncy bouncy!"

- Reach The Skies badge

Death Trampoline is a disaster in Survive The Disasters 2. This also appears in Survive The Disasters 1, known as "Trampoline of Death".

Memo

"Death Trampoline will appear on the absolute floor level. You are safe if you are elevated, otherwise you'll be launched up to the sky and it's over. Be careful when standing on damaged buildings or bricks that aren't snapped on the ground, or you'll get launched with them!"

Hyper Memo

Hyper Death Trampoline

Hyper Death Trampoline

Hyper Death Trampoline, as seen in hardcore mode.

"Death Trampoline will appear 4 studs higher than the absolute floor level. You are safe if you are elevated, otherwise you'll be launched up to the sky and it's over. Be careful when standing on damaged buildings or bricks that aren't snapped on the ground, or you'll get launched with them!"

Impossible Death Trampoline

The trampoline is considerably higher, reaching to the height of Rising Acid's highest height.

Trivia

  • Death Trampoline's effects doesn't work with players who are on top of a skateboard.
  • Death Trampoline is a classic disaster from Survive The Disasters 1.
  • Touching the Death Trampoline awards the Reach The Skies badge.
  • The Carpet in Plastic Palace, the path in Spooksville and the light plates in Galantasy (Purple, Blue and Green) are safe from the trampoline due to being ~0.2 studs off the baseplate.
  • The player spawns(not the enemy/humanoid spawns) makes the player, when bounced up, get stuck in the player spawns. This is because, in Death Trampoline, forcefields are put outside of the player spawns so that dead players couldn't be stuck in a loop of bouncing up over and over again. This also results in players who are under the player spawns live unscathed. The only drawback of this is that the player gets stuck and couldn't move, until the disaster ends.
  • If the player touches the trampoline while under something, they may get stuck in a loop of bouncing against that object.
